Return Policy

Returns:

• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 5 Days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed.

Exchanges:

• Need a Different Size? If you ordered the wrong size, no problem! We offer exchanges for different sizes within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Non-Exchangeable/Returnable Items: Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. 
• Seasonal Items such as Halloween apparel, and Christmas apparel are not returnable 

• How to Request an Exchange:
  1. Contact me at Designsbymj15@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.
  2. Once approved, you will be required to ship back the item to us, Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or incorrect item. 
  3. After we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll ship out the new size for you at no additional cost.
