We want you to love your order! If something’s not right, please read below for how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Personalized or customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

You may exchange your item for a different size or a different product of equal value.

Items must be in unused, original condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
** If your order was paid via PayPal and a refund cannot be processed through Shopify due to a technical issue, your refund will be manually processed via PayPal and a confirmation email will be sent.
