How is the Product Made?

My Frosted glass cups are made with Sublimation ink, a process where the design is directly infused with 365 degrees of heat onto the cup. This means that the design is PERMANENT- no peeling, no chipping etc

How do I care for my product?

HAND WASH ONLY, No Dishwasher, No Microwave, DO NOT SCRUB. Lightly hand wash

My items show Delivered, but I never received them, What do I do?

In most cases The carrier will mark an item Delivered prior to actually delivering it from cases I have seen. My advice would be to contact your local post office, If they indeed say they delivered the package and its no where to be found, Please contact me and I will file a Claim with the Postal service.

Can I cancel my order?

I do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed.

Shipping

What is your Processing time?

My processing time is 7-10 days after the order has been placed. This is the time I need to create and package your order. Then its shipping time.

My Address is wrong, what do I do?

Please contact me ASAP, If your order hasn't shipped I can change it in the system.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has a USPS Tracking number, you will be emailed a confirmation with the tracking. Your can click the tracking number and USPS will show the details

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Designs by MJ is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Do you accept Returns, Refunds or Cancellations?

We do not accepts returns, refunds or cancellations. All sales all Final

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What are the care instructions for Apparel items?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.
